Operations Director
Tony Collins
Although few will believe that he is fifty! Tony’s experience and knowledge of the construction industry proves that he is at least that, and undoubtedly the best person to lead Park Farm Construction on behalf of Jenner.
As an experienced professional with unrelenting enthusiasm in all he does, Tony strives to deliver to the very highest standards for all our clients to the same trusted standards of the Jenner brand.
Commencing his career as a decorator at 16 years of age with an appetite to grow and improve, he subsequently progressed to learn multiple trade skills which have proved invaluable in managing his diverse team of multi-trade operatives within Park Farm Construction. Often hands-on in his approach he is well respected by all that work with him.. Fortunate to work alongside experienced colleagues and gain encouragement from employers throughout his career, Tony has experienced life as a site agent, contracts manager and director of his own company before moving to Kent in 2019 to join the Jenner team.
In his personal time Tony is a dedicated overseas dad, husband and lover of all things motorcycle related including the careful renovation and maintenance of them.
Contracts Manager
Neil Hardley
With over 20 years' experience within the construction industry, Neil joins the Park Farm Construction team as contracts manager.

Neil's career began as an apprentice bricklayer gaining his City & Guilds before swiftly moving to an assistant site manager position for 12 years. Following this Neil moved to become a key member of the estates team at the University of Kent working on all aspects from new build to refurbishment.
​
Gaining his HND in Construction Management, Neil joined the Jenner team in 2019 and now efficiently project manages the work within Park Farm Construction.

Surveyor
Sam Curtis
Originally from south Buckinghamshire, Sam moved to Folkestone following studies at Canterbury Christ Church University. Initially working in mortgage administration he then forged a career in Quantity Surveying. Over the past three years Sam has worked in a variety of refurbishment and new build projects both small and large scale on behalf of Jenner prior to taking on the primary surveying role within the Park Farm Construction team.

Sam is currently studying for his masters in Quantity Surveying at the University College of Estate Management in conjunction with his full-time employment. With a particular passion for refurbishment and renovation works Sam has applied this interest to his studies, focusing his dissertation on the sustainability of refurbishment projects.
As Quantity Surveyor for Park Farm Construction, his role includes all supply chain procurement, client liaison, preparation of contracts and overall project management. His time within Park Farm Construction has gained Sam vital hands-on experience in the management of culturally sensitive projects and in careful resident liaison which further enhances the Jenner brand.

Office Manager
Natalie Parfitt
Having joined Jenner in 2021 Natalie has recently celebrated her 1 year anniversary and is an integral part of the team.
As a former business owner, Natalie has great interpersonal and professional skills which she has readily transferred to her role within Park Farm Construction as office manager. Within the department her duties are many and varied to support the efficient running of the team, from providing essential Health and Safety documents to making a good cuppa!
Natalie is a true team player and passionate about delivering excellence to both her co-workers and clients alike, and continues to implement new procedures to benefit the department. Her conduct continuously enhances the Jenner brand and she is extremely proud be part of a company that was established in her home town.

Groundwork & Bricklaying Foreman
Matt Higgins
Matt has been an integral part of the Jenner team for many years, since joining at 16 years of age to undertake a bricklaying apprenticeship. He has subsequently worked on a wide variety of projects as an in-house bricklayer whilst learning other trades on site to complement and enhance his skills set, ensuring he is incredibly flexible and adaptable in his working to suit project and client needs.
As foreman of Park Farm Construction Matt is essential to daily operations and the smooth running of the team.

Carpentry Foreman
Andy Collins
Having previously worked as a trainee decorator and plasterer, Andy joined the Jenner team at 18 years of age to become an apprentice carpenter within the business and further enhance his skillset. Following his apprenticeship and the invaluable knowledge and hands-on experience gained during this time, Andy progressed to become a foreman within Park Farm Construction.
Given his skills and expertise as a talented carpenter Andy is a critical member of the delivery team, hugely respected by all in ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality and standards expected of all Jenner projects.
Undoubtedly he is the best golfer within the Park Farm Construction team (but don’t tell Tony Collins we said that!!)
