Works are now complete in the construction of a quadruple-sized garage, delivered on behalf of a private client situated in the nearby village of Hawkinge.
The new build allows sufficient space to securely house two cars as well as a modern office workspace with ancillary storage, resulting in the delivery of a multi-functional, adaptable outbuilding for our valued client. The result is a stunning addition that complements and adds onward value to the main property.
Enjoying stunning views of the surrounding countryside Keeper’s Cottage, situated in the picturesque village of Bishopsbourne and just a few miles outside of Canterbury, has been externally renovated and sympathetically restored.
This work involves redecoration of the external render as well as the supply and installation of bespoke timber bargeboards to replicate and replace the existing. The result is a refreshed property still wholly in harmony with its heritage and surrounding landscape.
Working close to home, PFC have been engaged to carry out substantial refurbishment works over two phases to ageing properties dating back to the seventies. The works to the Whitecliffs apartments in Folkestone involve replacement of all glass balustrading, as well as essential external repairs and redecorations to a total of 54 apartments. The works are being carried out over two phases to minimise disruption to the residents with Phase 1 focused on the balustrading and now complete. Phase two is ongoing with completion anticipated for later this summer.
Following the collapse of a garden wall this work required us to install a new garden fence and gate. Providing the customer with an effective new boundary solution.
