Listed Building Restoration
For buildings placed on one of the four statutory lists to be upheld by Historic England works to maintain and renovate them must be carefully considered and fully authorised to preserve the history of the building and ensure any works undertaken are done so with the utmost care and consideration. Full permission is essential and Park Farm Construction can best advise our clients on how to proceed with their planned works to ensure full compliance.

Refurbishment
Working to improve the appearance of existing buildings and properties, refurbishment works are typically aligned to one of two aspired outcomes.
